1. Order Processing
Orders are prepared immediately after payment confirmation.
- Orders received during business hours are processed promptly.
- Custom floral arrangements may require additional preparation time depending on the design and flower availability.
- You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase has been successfully placed.
2. Delivery Within Dubai
We offer same-day and 60-minute express delivery across selected areas in Dubai.
Estimated Delivery Times
- 60-Minute Express Delivery – Available in eligible Dubai locations.
- Same-Day Delivery – Orders placed before our daily cut-off time.
- Scheduled Delivery – Choose your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location.
3. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver across most areas within Dubai.
If your location falls outside our standard delivery zone, our team will contact you to discuss the available delivery options.
4. Recipient Availability
To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide:
- Recipient’s full name
- Accurate delivery address
- Contact number
- Preferred delivery time (if applicable)
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team will attempt to contact them using the provided phone number. If delivery cannot be completed, a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Flower Availability & Substitutions
Because flowers are seasonal and sourced fresh daily, certain blooms may occasionally be unavailable.
In these situations, we may substitute flowers with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and premium quality of your arrangement.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Heavy traffic conditions
- Extreme weather
- Public holidays
- Road closures or unforeseen events
If your delivery is affected, our customer support team will keep you informed.
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been successfully delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).
For selected orders, we may also provide a photo confirmation before dispatch.
8. Corporate & Event Deliveries
For corporate events, weddings, and large floral installations, we recommend placing your order at least 48–72 hours in advance to ensure flower availability and timely preparation.
